Physical Examinations
Please click HERE for the physical exam form that must be filled out and on hand when going through this registration. If the athlete has a current physical on file please upload that physical in the registration when prompted.
Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination on file before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be completed 3 school days prior to the first day of practice/tryouts.
Physicals are valid for 1 year from date of the last exam. You will now receive an email when it is time for your child to renew their physical from the RSchoolToday System.
